摘要
目的了解闵行区白领人群静坐生活方式的状况,为公健操推广活动的开展提供依据。方法通过现况调查,了解调查对象的一般资料、自我健康评价、静坐生活状况及相关意愿。结果半数以上的白领人群上班时长时间处于"静坐"状态;多数人平时已感觉颈、肩、背部不适,并对日常生活、工作产生影响。结论精神压力大、长时间静坐和高负荷的工作已成为目前白领人群最主要的三大生活方式。须加强对白领人群静坐生活方式的健康干预,鼓励其进行适当的体力活动。
Objective To learn the status of sedentary life style among the office personnel in Minhang District,and to provide evidence for generalizing the work-break exercises.Methods By investigating the office personnel of Minhang District.Results The majority have kept long sitting position when work.The majorities have felt uncomfortable in their necks,shoulders or body's backs,influencing their life and work.Conclusion Heavy mental stress,sedentary and high workload are the major life styles of office personnel.It should carry out some health interventions for the sedentary life style of and encourage them to participate in physical activity.
