摘要
健康教育的效果注重促进个人或群体改变不良行为与生活方式,形成健康、积极的生活习惯。其中调动受教育者的主动性是获得良好健康教育效果的关键因素。元认知理论及技术强调接受健康教育者对自我的认知及对自我的调控,该理论技术与健康教育理论及应用相结合必能利于健康教育效果的改善。本文从元认知的概念及相关研究出发,阐述了元认知在健康教育领域,尤其是在心理健康教育中的重要作用,以期促进该理论与健康教育理论的结合及实际应用。
Health education stresses promotion on the change of ill behaviors and life styles into healthy and active living habits among individuals and groups.The key factor is to make education receivers active.Metacognition theory and skill focus on education receivers' self-cognition and self-monitoring.Combination of this theory and skill with health education would benefit the improvement of health education effect.Departing from metacognition concepts and related study,this article illustrates the important role of mecognition in mental health education,for the purpose of promoting the combination and practical application of metacognition theory and health education.
