松江区机关幼儿园学龄前儿童饮食行为调查分析 被引量:2

Analysis of Dietary Behaviors among Preschool Children in Songjiang District Governmental Kindergarten

摘要 目的了解上海市松江区机关幼儿园学龄前儿童的饮食行为现状,探讨学龄前儿童的饮食行为与零食消费情况,为进一步实施干预措施提供依据。方法通过现况调查,对三种对象人群共计530名进行了问卷调查。结果调查对象中58%的孩子偏食、61.6%的孩子挑食,95.2%的孩子有吃零食的习惯,94.8%的孩子喜欢喝饮料,另有78.4%的孩子家中没有制订孩子的饮食计划,92.8%家庭孩子的饮食由(外)祖父母和母亲决定,家长、老师对于孩子的饮食健康非常关注。结论学龄前儿童吃零食的现象较为普遍。鉴于对学龄前儿童的年龄阶段考虑,呼吁家长在对孩子的健康成长关注外,要正确认识零食的利与弊,用行之有效的方法指导孩子选择健康的饮食方式。 Objective To understand the current diet situation of the preschool children of governmental nursery in Songjiang District and investigate the eating behaviors and snack consumption of preschool children so as to provide a basis for further implementation of intervention measures. Methods By investigating the current situation, three target groups with a total of 530 children were investigated by questionnaires. Results There were 58% of children who had preference in choosing food, 61.6% were fussy eaters, 95.2% of the children had the habit of eating snacks, 94.8% of the children liked to drink beverage, while 78.4% of the family didn’t have specified diet plan for kids. 92.8 % of child's diet was decided by grandparents and mother. Parents and teachers were very concerned about a healthy diet for children. Conclusion Eating snacks is common for pre-school children. Considering the age of preschool children, parents should have a correct understanding of the pros and cons of snacks and guide children to choose a healthy diet.
