摘要
现代社会的飞速发展,医务人员承受的工作压力越来越大,工作压力管理问题已是医院和管理学界急需探讨的重要课题。有效的工作压力管理能预防或减轻过重的工作压力对员工造成的生理、心理伤害,维护和保持医院的人力资源。文章在对相关理论进行评述的基础上,从组织行为学的视角对工作压力管理模型的构建进行讨论。
With the rapid development of modern society,the doctor-patient relationship is becoming intense.Pressure on medical members also becomes heavier.Therefore,the management of pressure has become an important topic in hospital and the management area.Effective management on work pressure will prevent or relieve heavy pressure on staff,protect and maintain human resources in hospitals.This article will give a discussion on building management model with the organized and behavioral theory.
