摘要
目的对绿梅社区健康咨询服务点工作进行评价,探索社区健康咨询点的服务模式。方法通过小组访谈、现场考察和问卷调查等形式,对社区健康咨询服务点工作情况进行了解和分析。结果在198名被调查的居民中,有90%以上的居民认为有必要在社区建立健康咨询服务点,有60%的居民在遇到健康问题时愿意去健康咨询服务点,有46%的居民知晓社区有健康咨询服务点,居民对咨询点环境满意率为70%,对咨询员的服务质量满意率为80%。结论社区健康咨询服务点工作能帮助居民解决一些健康问题,今后要加强服务规范,提高服务质量。
Objective To evaluate community health counseling service spot in Lvmei Community and to probe the service mode of community health counseling service spots.Methods A survey of community health counseling service spot was conducted by group interview, on-the-spot investigation and questionnaires.Results Among the 198 residents, 90% residents thought it was necessary to establish community health counseling service spot.60% would go to health counseling service spot after health question.46% knew there were health counseling service spot in community.70% were satisfied with the environment of spots and 80% were satisfied with the service quality of consultants.Conclusion Community health counseling service spot can help residents resolve health problems.It should standardize and improve health quality of spots.
