摘要
对体育比赛电视转播权及其有偿转让进行了论述,对我国电视转播权市场的开发情况进行了分析,从认识观念、知识产权意识及操作、价格定位、广电和体育系统的体制机制、赛事质量及服务意识、转播权收入分配等方面指出了存在的问题,并提出了相应的对策和建议。
TV relay right of sports affairs and its compensated transfer are expounded,internal market development systems of TV relay right of sports affairs are analyzed.There exist many problems,for example,the notion of the intellectual property right,irregular operation,idea of knowledge,unreasonable,price-setting,etc.The structure and mechanism of video cast and PE systems, and then countermeasure and suggestions are put forward.
