摘要
党的十八大提出的"富强、民主、文明、和谐,自由、平等、公正、法治,爱国、敬业、诚信、友善"的社会主义核心价值观,是引导中国走上改革开放道路、并在现代化建设中日益凸显和丰富起来的新型价值观,是马克思主义基本价值观在当代中国实践中的回归和创新形态,是社会主义价值理念的顶层规范,对于凝聚和形成全国人民的价值认同,坚定走中国特色社会主义道路信念具有重要意义。在新疆,弘扬社会主义核心价值观就是要以现代文化为引领,弘扬"爱国爱疆、团结奉献、勤劳互助、开放进取"的新疆精神。以此形成各族人民面向未来、共同奋斗的思想基础和价值取向,将为实现新疆跨越式发展和长治久安创造优良的思想环境和强有力的精神保障。
The Eighteenth Party Congress puts the core socialist value of 'prosperity,democracy,civilization,harmony,freedom,equality,justice,legal rule,patriotism,dedication,credit and friendship is a new-type value to lead China to the road of reform and opening-up,getting more overt and richer in modernization and the basic value of Marxism returned to contemporary Chinese practice in innovative form as well as top paradigm for socialist value which bears great significance on the formation of national people's value identification and adherence to socialist road with Chinese characteristics.In Xinjiang,promotion of core socialist value means modern culture as a guide and promotion of Xinjiang spirit by 'patriotism and love for Xinjiang,unity and dedication,diligence and mutual-aid and opening-up.Such is the ideological base and value orientation for Xinjiang peoples to strive in common for future as well as powerful spiritual security and ideological setting for realization of Xinjiang's striding progress and long-term stability.
