Preparation and characterization of selenium nanoparticle by liquid phase reduction

摘要 以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵为保护剂,液相还原法制备了纳米硒粒子.研究了反应物浓度、保护剂加入量、反应时间和温度等因素对产物形成的影响,采用紫外可见分光光度计、透射电镜、X射线衍射等手段进行了表征分析.最后选出了最合适的制备条件,结果表明:经过综合考虑,选取亚硒酸初始浓度为0.4 mol/L、抗坏血酸加入浓度为0.8 mol/L,十六烷基三甲基溴化铵的质量分数5%时,为最佳纳米硒制备条件. In this paper,the selenium nanoparticles were prepared by oxidation-reduction method using hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide(CTAB) as the protectant. The effect of the reactant concentration, the CTAB amount,the reaction time and temperature on the morphology of nano-Se was investigated. The samples were characterized by UV, TEM and XRD. The results showed that the optimal preparation condition of nano-Se was obtained for the initial concentration of H2SeO3of 0.4 mol/L, the ascorbic acid concentration of 0.8 mol/L, the mass ratio of the CTAB of 5%.
