摘要
介绍了一种新型物理法工业循环冷却水处理技术,概括了系统所包含的阻垢缓蚀装置和杀菌抑藻装置的技术原理、系统特点及施工方式,结合工程应用对改造后的循环水系统进行了经济效益和社会效益分析。实践表明,环保型循环水处理系统是完全可以取代常规化学药剂处理法的工业循环冷却水处理技术,在保证循环水系统阻垢缓蚀和杀菌抑藻的同时,实现了节能减排的目的。
A new non-chemical treatment for industrial circulating cooling water system is described,including the technical principles、advantage、installation of both scale、corrosion inhibition system and disinfection system. Meanwhile,the economic and social benefits based on project applications are also analyzed. It is practically demonstrated that the environmentally friendly circulating water treatment could completely replace conventional chemical agent,which could not only control scale、corrosion and bacterial,but also achieve the purpose of energy saving and environmental protection.
