摘要 以IAPWS-IF97工业用水和水蒸气公式为骨架,重新拟合出相对简单的水的密度及其动力粘度计算公式,该公式可满足水在全液态范围内的精度要求。本算法在简单计算公式的基础上,通过合理设定流出系数初值,避免大量迭代计算,仅2次计算即可得到准确结果,方便DCS等控制系统中的组态开发,并能将流量计算的误差控制在0.05%以内。 According to the IAPWS-IF97 industrial water equation and steam equation,the relatively simple calculation formula for water density and dynamic viscosity was fitted again,which can meet the precision requirement of water with entire liquid state.By setting the initial value of discharge coefficient reasonably,this algorithm avoids a lot of complex iterative process,and can obtain the correct results with only 2 times calculation.The new flow algorithm is convenient for configuration development of control system like the DCS,and can control the flow calculation error within 0.05%.
