摘要 基于大型燃煤机组汽动引风机改造工程,提出了汽动引风机改造工程的经济效益快速决策新算法。该新算法与常规的热平衡法相比,计算参数更容易获得,能直接算出汽动引风机方案与电动引风机方案的发电标准煤耗差,从而获得改造前、后2种方案的经济效益。计算表明,某电厂超超临界1 036MW机组在100%、75%、50%THA典型负荷下汽动引风机方案较电动引风机方案分别多消耗发电标准煤3.143、3.351、3.094g/(kW·h),但因降低了厂用电,每年可多盈利743.9万元,约2.8年即可回收投资成本。 On the basis of steam-driven induced draft fan(ID fan)renovation in large scale coalfired power plants,a new fast economic decision-making algorithm was proposed.Compared with the conventional heat balance method,this algorithm can obtain the calculation parameters more easily,and directly calculate the difference of power generation standard coal consumption between steam-driven ID fan scheme and electric-driven ID fan scheme,so as to obtain the economic benefits of the above two schemes before and after the transformation.Calculation for an ultra supercritical 1 036MW unit showed that,under 100%THA,75% THA and 50% THA load conditions,the steam-driven scheme consumed 3.143g/(kW·h),3.351g/(kW·h)and 3.094g/(kW·h)standard coal more than the electric-driven scheme,respectively.However,in the steam-driven scheme,the auxiliary power ratio was decreased significantly,which resulted in roughly 7.439×106 yuan excess profit,so the investment const can be recovered after about2.8years.
