摘要
目的观察围刺法对桥本氏甲状腺结节患者甲状腺功能的影响。方法将80例桥本氏甲状腺结节患者随机分为两组,治疗组采用围刺法结合甲状腺素替代疗法治疗,对照组采用单纯药物治疗,2个疗程后观察其疗效。结果治疗组能明显改善桥本氏甲状腺结节患者的甲状腺激素水平及自身抗体水平,与对照组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论围刺法结合甲状腺素替代疗法治疗桥本氏甲状腺结节,能明显改善患者甲状腺功能。
Objective To observe the influence of confining needling of Hashimoto's thyroid nodules of thyroid. Methods 80 patients of Hashimoto's thyroid nodule patients were divided into two groups. The treatment group used surround needling combined with hormone replacement therapy,and the control group used a simple drug treatment. Its curative effect after 2 courses was observed. Results The treatment group can obviously improve the levels of thyroid hormone levels in patients with Hashimoto' s thyroid nodules and autoanti bodies,compared with the control group there were significant differences( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Surround needling combined with hormone replacement therapy in the treatment of Hashimoto's thyroid nodules can significantly improve patients with thyroid function.
