摘要 ESCs和iPSCs具有强大的自我更新和分化潜能,iPSCs避免了免疫排斥、伦理、宗教和法律等诸多限制,受到干细胞与再生医学领域的广泛关注,其定向诱导分化受到热烈追捧。近几年,科学家们已成功将iPSCs诱导成各种成体细胞,并应用于各种疾病的治疗,iPSCs定向诱导分化有很大的进展,但是为了将iPSCs应用于临床,解决人类面临的各种疾病,真正造福于人类健康,其定向分化的制备率、安全性以及分化机制还有待进一步深入研究。 ESCs and iPSCs are pluripotent stem cells with capabilities of indefinite self-renewal and can be differentiated into almost all cell types of the body.Because of iPSCs avoiding the immune rejection,ethics,religion and law,and many other constraints,it is paid close attention in the field of stem cell and regenerative medicine,and its directional differentiation are warmly sought.In recent years,scientists have successfully induced iPSCs into all sorts of adult cells,and used in the treatment of various diseases.Although iPSCs directional differentiation have great progress,the directional differentiation rate,safety,and differentiation mechanism remains to be further in-depth study for apply iPSCs to clinical,solve variety of human diseases,and benefit to human health.
