摘要
支架植入术是当今治疗动脉粥样硬化冠心病的一个非常重要的方法,而支架内血栓和新生内膜增生所致的再狭窄是导致冠脉内支架植入术失败的主要原因。大量研究表明支架的血流动力学特性影响了血栓的形成和新生内膜的增生,从而导致了支架内的再狭窄。我们回顾了病变血管支架术的重要性及其存在的问题,通过分析支架血流动力学特性的研究方法,综述了该领域的研究成果和进展。
Now stent implantation is a very important method in treating atherosclerosis diseases.However,restenosis caused by stent thromobosis and neointima hyperplasia is a primary reason for stent implantation failure.A number of studies show that the endo-vascular hemodynamic characteristics after stent implantation influence thromobosis formations and neointimal hyperplasia which lead to instent restenosis.In this paper,we firstly retrospect the importance and some problems of stents implanted in vascular diseases;then, we summarized the research findings and progresses of this field by analyzing the research methods of endovascular hemodynamic char-acteristics after stent implantation.
