摘要
本文对螺杆制冷压缩机电机绕组温度场进行了研究,分析了工况、制冷剂气体冷却电机的流速及其电机功率对绕组温度的影响。该研究在螺杆制冷压缩机的电机冷却优化、冷却流道压力损失的减少、电机运行效率和电机运行可靠性的提高等方面提供很好的指导作用。
The coil temperature field of electromotor in screw refrigeration compressor was investigated in the paper, and the effects of working condition, velocity of refrigerant flow and electromotor power upon coil temperature were analyzed. There is some instructional function in screw refrigeration compressor to improve electromotor cooling, reduce the pressure loss of cooling routway, improve the efficiency and reliability of electromotor etc.
