摘要
本文比较分析了大陆省联社与台湾地区农业金库在发展历程、改革成效和运作模式等方面的异同,并在分析大陆省联社当前存在的困难和改革必要性的基础上,借鉴台湾地区农业金库的成功经验,得出了必须坚持省联社市场化改革方向、进一步优化省联社职能定位和完善农村金融市场等政策建议。
This paper studies the similarities and differences on development process,reform effectiveness, and operation pattern between the provincial RCCU and the Agricultural Bank of Taiwan ( ABT) . Based on the present difficulties and the necessity for the provincial RCCU to reform,this paper provides some policy suggestions in reference to the successful experience of the ABT,including insisting on marketization reform,optimizing the function orientation,improving the rural financial market and so on.
