摘要
餐厨垃圾是指餐饮食物加工产生的下脚料和食用的残余物,主要含有谷物类、蔬菜类、肉类、动植物油等。本文从循环经济的角度出发,分析了生物柴油技术、堆肥技术、沼气化技术等资源化处理技术,提出了餐厨垃圾资源化处理促进循环经济的对策。
Food residue commonly known as hogwash,mainly includes grain,vegetables,meat,animal and plant oil,water,different sundry,etc.This paper,from the point of view of circular economy,introduced the aerobic compost,anaerobic digestion,biological fermentation hydrogen production of several main processing technologyies,It puts forward the countermeasures of food residue resource technology processing to promoteg circular economy.
