摘要
文章就当前存在的大学生就业难的严峻形势,剖析了大学生就业能力培养与职业核心能力培养的之间的关系;探讨了当前大学生就业能力的现状,并针对当前大学生就业能力进行了广泛的企业调研,分析了当前大学生就业困难的原因;有针对性地提出了突出职业核心能力培养提升大学生就业能力的基本对策,即:校企合作精心设计人才培养方案,工学结合渗透职业核心能力培养,延伸第二课堂扩大学生知识面,依托技能大赛提升学生应用实践能力,就业工作与思想政治教育工作密切结合,实施创新创业教育增强大学生创业信心,从而全面提升学生的就业能力。
With the current severe employment situation for college students,this article tried to explore the following three issues: first,the relationship between the college student professional capability cultivation and the professional core competency training;Second,the possibilities for students to obtain ideal jobs based on their current capacities and the reasons why it is hard for students to get positions in corporations based on an extensive enterprise-survey;third,the pertinent proposals to advance college students' employment-obtaining capacities which are as the followings: colleges and enterprises cooperatively design the personnel training program;penetrating the professional core competence training by combining learning with working;enlarging the students' scope of knowledge through the extension of extracurricular activities;lifting students' application abilities by organizing technique contests;advancing students' employment-obtaining abilities by integrating the work on obtaining employment with the work on ideological and political education and enhancing the students' confidences in job-hunting through the innovation education and pioneering education.
