摘要
环境教育对于提升公众环境意识、促进环保公众参与等具有重要意义。文章对非正规环境教育的概念进行了界定,简要探讨了非正规环境教育的内容、方法、形式等特点,进而归纳出实施非正规环境教育的9种主要途径,包括:制定实施环境教育规划、举办各类环保论坛、会议、开展环境主题展览、环境竞赛活动、环境主题节日纪念活动、环保教育培训、专题性环境教育活动、制作环境视频作品、编写环境教育教材等。文章阐述了非正规环境教育的灵活性、多面性及复杂性,认为政府、企业、NGO、新闻媒体、学校、社区、家庭乃至各类教育场所等社会单元都是非正规环境教育的主要倡导者和推动者。最后,文章指出在当前的国情下应该大力加强非正规环境教育的实践,促进全民环境教育立体体系的形成。
Environmental education is important to improve general public environmental awareness and to promote public participating in environmental protection.After giving the concept of non-formal environmental education,and briefly describing the characteristic of its content,method and forms,we brought forward 9 approaches to actualize the non-formal environmental education,including environmental education programming,environmental forum and conference,environmental exhibitions,environmental competitions,public campaigns in commemoration days of environmental subject,environmental education training,environmental videos,and environmental education textbooks,etc.Besides,the paper expatiated on the flexibility,variety and complexity of non-formal environmental education,pointing out that government,enterprises,NGO,presses,schools communities,and the various kinds of environmental locations could be the exponent and propellent of non-formal environmental education.We concluded that,currently in China,it is urgent to strengthen the practice of non-formal environmental education,and to facilitate the systematic system of general public environmental education.
