摘要
教学督导是高校内部教学质量监控的重要手段。该文针对如何以人为本建立健全高校教学督导制度,形成科学规范、行之有效的教学督导运行机制,提出了建议。
Teaching supervision is the important way to guarantee the teaching quality in the colleges.How to establish the system on the basis of humanism to guarantee the teaching quality?This article put forward some suggestions about it.
