摘要
苗族理词是苗族宝贵文化遗产的重要组成部分,是了解、认识苗族历史、伦理道德、哲学思想的珍贵文献,具有"法"的性质和功能,是"理老"司法、执法的依据。理词这一口承文化经由人们诵唱、传播,其价值观深入人们的心灵,形成一种内在的文化规约。苗族正是依靠理词文化,在实践中维护了社会的稳定,这一传统文化对于构建当今苗族和谐社会具有重大意义。
Traditional law in Miao ethnic minority group is an important component of precious cultural legatary of Miao.It is the precious document to recognize and understand the history,the ethic morality and the philosophy of Miao.Traditional law had the character and function of 'law' and it was the base of Miao folk law and the base for the local lawyer to conduct law.The value of the traditional law,the culture inherited orally,embedded into the Miao people's hearts via singing and spreading,and,gradually became a cultural regulation in Miao ethnic group.This traditional culture is of great important for constructing harmonious Miao society.
