摘要
高职生责任心培养的重要性毋庸置疑。文章从对责任与责任心内涵的解析入手,通过分析责任心的心理结构成分,揭示了责任认识、责任情感、责任行为、责任动机及责任能力的关系,进而从职业认知、自由活动、行为习惯养成、校园文化、工学结合和加强师德教育等六个方面论述高职生责任心培养的途径与方法。
It is no doubt.that the sense of responsibility training of Students in Higher Vocational Colleges is very significant.The article begins from the connotation analysis of responsibility and sense of responsibility,by analyzing the sense of responsibility mentality structure component,revealing the relation of the responsibility cognition,responsibility emotion,responsibility behavior,responsibility motivation and capacity for duties,then from six aspects such as occupation cognition,free activities,the form of behavior habit,campus culture,combining work and learning and reinforcing teachers' professional ethic education to discuss the approach and method of sense of responsibility training of student in higher vocational colleges.
