摘要
流程管理是一种以规范化地构造一种端到端的卓越业务流程为中心,以持续地提高组织的业务绩效为目的的系统化方法,而企业知识往往贯穿在业务流程中,形成知识碎片,无法很好地为管理活动服务。在对知识管理和流程管理分析的基础上,建立了基于知识管理的流程管理模型,初步探讨了如何让知识管理更好地为流程管理服务。
Being a systematized method, business process management regards constructing a remarkable business process from end to end with the standardization as the center to give the organization's business performance lasting. The enterprise knowledge is in the business process as knowledge piece and unable to serve for management activity. This paper analyzed the knowledge management and the business process management, and set up the models of business process management and discussed how knowledge management serves for business process management.
