摘要
新一轮沿江开发是江苏推进新型工业化的重大战略举措。江苏区域经济发展极不平衡 ,要实现“两个率先” ,必须依托自身比较优势 ,充分发挥江苏通江达海的区位优势和长江黄金水道作用 ,抓住经济全球化和国际资本与产业转移的机遇 ,通过新一轮沿江开发战略的实施缩小南北差距 ,增强区域经济的整体竞争力 。
A new round of development along the Yangtze River is a new important strategy for Jiangsu to push forward with its new type industrialization .The district economy of Jiangsu is extremely unbalanced. For the sake of the Two Leads Practice, that is, to take the lead in realizing basically the modernization and reaching a good living standard,we must rely on our own comparative good conditions, take full advantage of our geographic position, with the Yangtze River and the sea easily reached and especially with the Yangtze River providing us with convenient water transportation. We must also grasp the opportunity of the economic globalism and the transference of the international capital and industries. By carrying out the strategy of the along-the-river development, we can reduce the distinction between the south and the north of Jiangsu Province, strengthen the whole competitive power of the district economy and break a new path to new type industrialization ,a path geared to the actual circumstances of the province.
