摘要
简述了近十年来有关低浓度血铅对儿童神经心理影响的研究 ,认为血铅浓度与儿童智力、心理发育均呈负相关 .智力方面 ,血铅对言语智力 (VIQ)影响较操作智力 (PIQ)影响更明显 ;神经行为方面 ,血铅对儿童视、听觉影响更明显 ;不同年龄阶段 ,血铅对胎、幼儿影响较学龄儿童大 .目前研究的局限性 :缺乏统一标准化的神经行为指标 ,实验结果难以比较 ;目前研究难以确定血铅对智力、神经行为危害的临界水平 ;对学前儿童这一人群研究较少 ;低浓度血铅研究中实验条件尚待提高 .
Studies on effect of low level blood lead exposure on neuropsychology of children in ten years were briefed.It is concluded that there was a negative association between blood lead levels and Intelligent Quality? mental Development Index. Blood lead levels has more negative effect on VIQ than PIQ,it can cause adverse effect on children neurobehavioral development, especially on their visual nad auditory ability. Pre-school children are more easily exposured on lead. some limits in the studies: The results based on defferent neurobehavioral index can't be compared; threshold level of blood lead exposure on intellince? neurobehavior can't be decided; studies on pre-school children is not enough; the experiment condition need be improved in the studies on low level blood lead.
