摘要
因子分析能够将收集来的大量分析变量进行缩减,同时最大限度保留原有变量蕴含的信息.以某350 MW机组W火焰锅炉为例,利用因子分析对反映锅炉经济环保性能的多个指标进行降维并加权计算综合评价得分,根据评价结果对相同负荷下不同工况进行经济性与环保性比较.结果表明,机组300 MW负荷时ABD磨煤机组合下其锅炉效率高于其它工况0.2%~0.5%,NOx浓度也比同负荷最大值低8mg/m3(标准状态).该方法简单可行,为锅炉经济性能和环保性能的综合评判提供了一条新思路.
Factor analysis can reduce much analysis variables collected,meanwhile,it also retains the information contained in the original variable to a maximum degree.Taking the W flame boiler in a 350MW unit as the example,the factor analysis was applied to reduce the dimensionality of multiple indicators that can reflect economic and environmental performance of the boiler,then the combined score was calculated by weighting.According to the evaluation results,a comparison was carried out for different operation conditions with the same load.The results indicate that application of the combined score evaluation for boiler operation got access to the compromise of economic and environmental benefits.For instance,in the mill A,B and D combination mode,the boiler efficiency under 300MW unit load was about 0.2%to 0.5% higher than that under other operation conditions,and the NOx concentration was 8mg/Nm3(standard state)lower than the maximum value with the same unit load.
