Analysis of Reliability Simulation of Wartime Ammunition Supply Chain Based on System Dynamics

摘要 为研究战时弹药供应链在不同供应运作模式下的可靠性,采用系统动力学方法,建立了推式、拉式、推拉结合式3种弹药供应链运作模型。通过对模型进行系统行为运行与仿真分析,对比不同运作模式下弹药供应链的可靠性,寻求有效提高战时弹药供应链可靠性的关键因素与供应运作模式选择策略。结果表明:推拉结合式弹药供应链应对战场需求变化的可靠性最高;提高弹药补给速度与目标库存水平也能有效提高弹药供应链的可靠性。 In order to solve the reliability of ammunition supply chain in different operation modes in war,three models of ammunition supply chain in push mode,pull mode,push and pull mixed mode are established by system dynamics method.Through system behavior operation and simulation of the model,the delivery reliability of different modes of ammunition supply chains are compared and analyzed to find key factors and supply mode that can improve the reliability of ammunition supply chain effectively.The simulation result shows that reliability of ammunition supply chain in push and pull mixed mode is the best in case of ammunition demand changes,and reliability of ammunition supply chain can also be improved if the ammunition supply speed and expected inventory level increase.
