MicroRNAs在血管新生及其疾病中的作用 被引量:3

摘要 血管新生(angiogenesis)在机体的多种生理、病理过程中(如创伤愈合、缺血性心肌病、恶性肿瘤、动脉粥样硬化以及糖尿病性视网膜病变)发挥着重要作用。近年来,血管新生的调节机制逐渐被揭示,微小RNA(microRNAs,miRNAs)的研究为人们认识这一重要过程提供了全新的视角。在血管内皮细胞和血管平滑肌细胞特异性表达的miRNAs,通过调控细胞增殖、分化、凋亡、应激反应等在血管新生过程中发挥了重要作用。本文主要综述了miRNAs在血管新生及相关疾病中的作用。
