己酮可可碱在非酒精性脂肪性肝炎中的应用进展 被引量：1

摘要 己酮可可碱(pentoxifylline,PTX),即1-(5氧化己基)-3,7二甲基黄嘌呤可可碱,是甲基黄嘌呤的衍生物,具有类似可可碱、咖啡因和茶碱的特性,是一种非选择性磷酸二酯酶抑制剂,通过抑制磷酸二酯酶活性,减少环磷酸腺苷(cAMP)的降解,提高细胞内cAMP浓度,减少肿瘤坏死因子-α (tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)的产生[1]。
