腹型肥胖和糖尿病肾病 被引量：7

摘要 肥胖尤其是腹型肥胖具有明显的多种代谢异常,是发生糖尿病、高血压、高血脂等疾病的危险因素。腹型肥胖主要指脂肪组织在腹腔内和腹腔脏器内外的蓄积,诱导脂质代谢和葡萄糖代谢紊乱,可分泌多种脂肪细胞因子,激活炎性反应,导致胰岛素抵抗,参与糖尿病肾病的发生发展。
