摘要 乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)是一种DNA病毒(属于嗜肝DNA病毒科),可引起急性肝炎、慢性肝炎,肝硬化和肝癌[1]。研究提示病毒本身、人体免疫系统和肝脏病理是影响疾病进展、临床预后三大因素,其中机体抗HBV免疫学应答的作用贯穿临床发病和治疗的始末[2],这里,我们针对抗HBV免疫学应答特点与抗病毒治疗相关问题的关系,讨论抗病毒治疗存在的问题和不足,对于今后的深入研究和临床优化抗病毒治疗方案具有重要意义。
