摘要
本文从为什么要立足素质教育入手 ,通过对知识经济的概述 ,表明素质教育是知识经济的基础、是普通高校体育教学改革的基本指导思想。
It was pointed out why quality education should be based on.And through describing knowledge economy,quality education is the base of knowledge economy were concluded.It's guiding idelolgy of P.E. teaching reformation in colleges.
