摘要
为研究游泳运动员100m、200m、400m三种高乳酸距离负荷后血乳酸、心率变化规律,选择广东省游泳队运动员进行实验研究。实验结果表明,三种距离负荷后最高血乳酸时值、最高心率水平受负荷强度的影响;不同距离负荷后血乳酸下降速率差异明显,形成单峰型和双峰型的血乳酸下降曲线,说明三种距离负荷强度、持续时间等时间等负荷特征影响机体内乳酸平衡状态;心率在负荷后血乳酸消除中起重要作用,恢复期保持一定的心率水平,有利于加快血乳酸的消除。
Swimmers from provincial team of Guangdong Province were selected to perform high BLA load distance as 100m, 200m, 400m, their BLA, HR change were studied.Results showed that maximal BLA and HR value were affected by load after three different distance swimming.Significant difference in BLA decreasing speed were showed after swimming of three different distance, forming single peak and double peak BLA decreasing curve, suggesting load and sustaining time etc. affect swimmer's body lactic acid balance. HR played an important role in eliminating BLA; certain HR in recovery period can help eliminate BLA.
