摘要
在查阅大量文献的基础上,运用人体运动负荷学和运动训练学理论对三级跳远专项素质的训练负荷特征进行了研究。结果表明:练习最大力量,负荷量不宜过多,负荷强度以次极限或极限为宜;练习速度力量,小肌群的负荷大,大肌群的负荷则小;练习弹跳力,小肌群的负荷强度小,大肌群的负荷强度中或大;速度素质的练习,在最大速度强度的90%~95%,持续时间15~20s。
The present study researches load features of specialty attribute training in triple jump based on theories of exercise load and sports training by literature.Results are followings:low load capacity and sub-limit to limit intensity should be adopted in the maximum strength training;heavy load for small muscles and light load for large muscles should be adopted in the speed strength training;light load for small muscles and middle to heavy load for large muscles should be adopted in the spring training;the intensity of 90%~95% maximum speed,duration of 15~20 s and interval of 40~60 s should be adopted in the speed training.
