摘要
本文主要采用问卷法、调查访问法和文献资料法对国内139名划船运动员的运动经历、转项次数、转项原因、转项年龄等情况进行了调查和分析，对划船队的组建和运动员转项的规律提出一些看法。
The sports experiences, time of sport-shifting, cause of sportshifting,and the ages of sport-shifting of 139 Chinese rowers have been analysed through questionaires, investigati0ns and visits and literature reading.Some laws of the forming of rowing team and athletes' sport-shifting were established.
