摘要
采用常规组织学的HE、染色及生化测定等技术,对雄性大鼠过度负荷下血红蛋白、尿蛋白、血乳酸含量变化及心肌组织结构变化进行观察、测试与分析。结果表明,过度负荷训练使机体出现血乳酸含量升高,并发生运动性贫血及运动性尿蛋白,以及导致心肌组织纤维化,造成心肌细胞缺氧性损伤,使心脏向病理性变化发展。
By adopting technique ofHE, chrom osom aland biochem icaltesting, the author observes and analyzes the tissue change of hem oglobin, urine protein, blood lactic acid under the state of overload. The result show s that overload causes blood lactic acid increasing as w ellas m otive anem ia and urine protein. It also leads to m yocardial tissue fiber and cells dam aged by lacking ofoxygen and develop heart into pathologic tendency.
