摘要
科技与金融结合,是实施科教兴国战略、促进科技发展的新兴事业。十多年来,这一事业虽然取得了可喜的进展,然而,由于人们对科技与金融结合在经济建设中所起的作用、科技与金融结合的社会效能不甚明了,以至尚未取得突破性进展。文章论述了科技与金融结合的十个基本功能,揭示其独特的优越性,以期推动科技与金融的新发展和高新技术产业化进程。
Combination of science & technology with finance is a recent effort to 'prosper the country by science and education' and to develop science & technology. This practice has been advancing successfully over the past ten years or so, but for the lack of a good understanding of the functions of combination of science & technology with finance and their social effect, no breakthrough has ever been made yet. This paper discusses the ten basic functions of combination of science & technology with finance, and presents their unique advantages, with a purpose of promoting science & technology and finance, and promoting the industrialization of new-high tech.
