摘要
加强国际合作与交流 ,积极借鉴国外公务员培训的经验 ,是提高我国公务员培训水平的重要途径。西方国家在公务员培训方面形成了许多独具特色的模式 ,在培训机构、培训者、培训对象、培训内容和培训方法上都呈现出许多新的特点 ,并朝着信息化、网络化和国际化方向发展。行政学院要站在历史和时代的高度 ,学习和借鉴国外有益的做法 ,努力提高办学水平。
The improvement of the training of our governmental staff should be made by means of strengthening international cooperation and exchange as well as referring to foreign experience. In western countries, many unique patterns have been formed for the training of governmental staff and different features exist for training organization, trainer, trained objective, training content and methods and develop towards the tendency of information, network and internationalization. From the height of history as well as our age, the National Administration Institute must study and refer to useful practice in foreign countries and enhance effortlessly the running of the institute.
