摘要
文章总结了 1995年以来我国各种工业“三废”的排放情况及目前的水环境、大气环境和城市环境的现状 ,分析了环境污染治理投资总量、构成、占GNP的比重等 ,并预测了 2 1世纪初我国的环境发展趋势。在对环境现状分析的基础上 ,提出了控制对策。
The article analyzed the characteristic of industrialization and its environmental impact in China. It summarized China's industrial 'three waste' emission and the actuality of water and atmosphere and city environment since 1995, analyzed the gross investment and structure of the pollution treatment and its GNP ratio, forecast China's environmental development tendency in the 21st century. Based on the analysis of the environmental actuality, the article put forward the control countermeasures such as actualizing sustainable development, enhancing pollution prevention and treatment and city environment integrated management and research for environmental science and technology.
