摘要
以人才资源为第一生产要素的知识经济时代即将来临 ,而广东省人才资源不足已成为制约经济发展的重要因素 ,只要稳定发展人才数量 ,提高人才素质 ,建立合理的人才结构体系 ,保证人才资源的可持续利用 ,才能适应知识经济时代的要求 ,推动广东省经济社会的可持续发展。
Knowledge economy age is coming, of which qualified personnel resource is the most important factor. And now the shortage of qualified personnel resource has restricted the economic development in Guangdong province. Increasing the quantity,improving the quality,constructing the reasonable structure system of the qualified personnel resource,and guaramtee its sustainable development will meet the needs of the coming new age and promote the sustainable economic development in Guangdong province.
