摘要
在总结了以往多年体育教学经验的基础上，对我院体育课教学进行了全面的设计和实验，试想通过设计与实验来探讨、研究适合我院体育教学体系中有关课程设置、教学内容、效果检验等问题。经过实践的检验，取得了一定的效果，同时，也发现一些存在的问题，并提出了进一步改进和提高的措施和方法。
In order to deepen the teaching reform of physical education in ocr university and improve the students' qualities, we summarize the teaching experience of physical education in the past few years. On this base, We carry out a comprehensive design and experience. Through which we want to investigate and study a more suitable teaching system including courses setup. Teaching content and reSult examination, etc. Practice Proved that we are successful. At the same table, we find out some problems and put forward some effective measures.
