摘要
我国经济已经发生了由卖方市场向买方市场的转变，为了更好地把握和理解这一市场态势，本文对卖方市场和买方市场的基本特征、体制背景特征和结构特征作了细致的比较与分析。
The transformation from seller's market to buyer's market has taken place in China. To better grasp and comprehend the market's situation, the characteristics of the characteristics of the basis, system background and structure are compared between the seller's market and the buyer's market in detail in the paper.
