冷冻水冷量梯级利用新技术的节能及运用场合分析

摘要 以单位质量制冷量总能耗为目标函数,分析了冷冻水冷量梯级利用新技术的能耗与运用场合。结果表明:与常规7℃/12℃工况相比,新技术冷冻水泵和冷水机组能耗均降低,其温差由6℃增加到11℃时,总功耗相应下降0.77%至2.26%。与常规大温差空调冷冻水系统要求扬程大于31.7米和冷冻水供回水温差不宜超过9.2℃不同,新技术在任何冷冻水泵扬程下均节能;越是高层或大型建筑,节能效果越明显,新技术系统供回水温差越大,其总能耗越小。 The energy consumption and application field of energy cascade utilization technique of chilled water were analyzed based on the objective function of refrigerating capacity by unit mass.The result shows that, comparing with chillers under the conventional 7℃/12℃working condition,the proposed technology is able to reduce the power consumptions of both chillers and chilled water pumps.When the temperature difference is increased from 6℃to 11℃,the total power consumption is reduced in a range of 0.77%to 2.26%.The large temperature difference air-conditioning chilled water system applies for pumping head larger than 31.7 meters and chilled water supply and return water temperature difference smaller than 9.2°C,however,the new technology doesn't have these limits,and it can save energy at any pumping head.
