摘要
本文从我国立法理论和立法实际相结合的角度，分析了我国现行立法监督的形式。
Abstract:Throughthe angle combining the legislation theory with legislation practice,this paper analyses the forms of legislaton supervising in our country,on this basis,author disscusses how to improve legislation supervisory situation and type.
