摘要
研究了标准曲线和工作曲线在尿碘测定中的差异，使用工作曲线测定尿碘，其测定值一致高于标准曲线的测定值，两者之间有显著性差异．使用尿碘标准物质进行检验，结果表明两种标准曲线测得标准物质的值均在标准值的变异范围之内，故两种曲线之间的差异不影响方法的准确度．同时研究了碘化钾和碘酸钾标准曲线之间关系，结果表明两种碘剂的标准曲线测得值之间无统计学差异。
The difference between the values of iodine in urine measured with standard curve and those measured with working curve has been researched.The values measured with working curve and always higher than those measured with standard curve,and there is significant difference between them.Both of them are in the range of variation when the standard substance is used to test.So the difference has no effect on the accuracy.At the same time,the relationship between the values of KI and KIO3 measured with standard curve has been researched.The result indicated these is no statistical difference between the values of KI and KIO3.
