摘要
本文围绕培养目标的改革，提出新的指导思想，把师资培养中的价值观、态度以及能力的培养放在首位，并赋于教育目标新的含义和内容。
The training of value view,attitude and ability in should be firstlyplaced in college P. E. specialty'S training system during the reform of thetraining standard. The new meaning of the teaching purpose was also given.
