摘要
为了优化教学过程提高教学效果 ,通过教学实验发现 ,清晰的动作表象与技能迁移密切相关 ,共同的身体素质要求和相似的关键技术环节是技能间迁移的基础 ,对技术动作的高度分化和概括化则是产生技能迁移的根本原因。
It is known in teaching experiment,clear idea of motion has a direct bearing on technical ability move.The common required physical condition and the similar key link in skill are the bases of move between technical abilities.The summary and the highly differentiation on motion skill are the mainly reasons on technicalability produced.
