摘要
通过研究我国足球发展过程、目前我国所处的市场经济大环境下实现足球股份制的可能性和在总结股份制经济特点的基础上进一步分析了我国实现足球股份制的作用和应注意重视俱乐部的经营机制和配套有关法规的完善以及加大政府的扶持力度 ,这样才能使中国足球股份制经济健康发展。
By analyzing the developing process, economic circumstance and the economic characteristic of joint-stock system,the effects of joint-stock system of Chinese soccer were studied.Result showed that Chinese soccer joint-stock system can be developed successfully with completed managing system and relevant regulations and laws and support from the government.
