AbstractAfter an appropriate description of the capital management,the article makes a deep theoretical analysis and summary of the capital management of the tourism enterprises and expounds the competitive advantages brought by the capital ma nagement to the tourism enterprises.In consideration of all practical conditions faced by China's tourism enterprises now,and on the basis of absorbing the experiences and lessons at home and abroad,the article suggests the capital management strategy of China's tourism enterprises as follows:persevering in the principle of taking tourism as the key industry,striving to obtain the strong support from the mediatory institutions as the investment banks,realizing the dynamic coordination between the capital management and the enterprise structure,and basing the capital management on the product management.
