摘要
社区性格及其塑造是社会主义精神文明建设和社区理论研究中的一个重要问题。本文从五个方面对社区性格进行了探讨：一、社区性格是社区成员集合与互动的产物；二、社区性格是社区文化的综合反映，是社区文化的缩影；三、社区性格是由多种多样的特征所构成的多系列、多层次的复杂结构系统；四、社区性格是在社区成员与社区环境相互作用的社会实践过程中逐步形成的；五、在文明社区建设中。
Abstract Community character is an important topic in the field of community research. This paper mainly approaches five aspects of community character: 1) Community character is the product of interactions between community members; 2) Community character reflects the community culture, or it is a miniature of community culture; 3) Community character is a multi level, multidimensional, and complex structure and system with manifold features; 4) Community character is formed gradually in the process of social practice by community members under the community environment; 5) It is a significant task to boom community character in the construction of community civilization at present.
